Raw/Virgin

Our raw/virgin hair is some of the highest graded hair on the market. This hair is cut directly from donors. The only differences are the number of donors and how it's processed. Raw hair is cut from a single donor and doesn't go through any chemical processing, mimicking the luxurious flow of hair directly from the scalp. Virgin hair can come collected from 2-3 (sometimes more) donors and can undergo some chemical processing to achieve certain styles, colors and textures.

HD & Transparent Lace

Transparent lace is thin, easy to manage and more durable for customizing and styling. HD lace is the thinnest lace in the market. It's barely noticeable and blends with the skin effortlessly. Because its so thin, it's very fragile and must be handled gently. It's not ideal to continuously restyle your HD lace closures and/or frontal wigs as it could lead to torn or holey lace. But that doesn't mean you can't work some magic!

Q: How many bundles will I need?

A: The amount of bundles needed may vary depending on the length and look you're trying to achieve. It also depends on your head size. We recommend using at least 3 bundles if you're using a lace closure. For anything over 22 inches, we recommend using anywhere between 4-5 bundles. Maybe more depending on how full you want your look to be. 

Q: Can I dye or bleach the hair?

A: All of our hair is 100% human hair and can be dyed and bleached to your liking. We don't recommend doing it too frequently. It may lead to damaging and shorten the lifespan of your hair. We suggest going to a professional to guarantee the results you're looking for. We recommend using quality hair dye and test a small strand first.

Q: Can I restyle the hair?

A: Yes. Our hair is 100% human hair and can be restyled to your liking. We dont recommend excessive heat use and highly suggest using a heat protectant if you do use heat when styling.

Q: Does the hair shed?

A: Minimum shedding is expected. Anything more is usually caused by dryness or weft cutting. When washing your hair, we recommend staying way from any products containing sulfate and alcohol as it could strip the hair of its natural oils and moisture.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: We do not offer refunds. However, if you by any chance received the wrong package, you may contact us for an exchange. Please see our return policy for more information. 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: Orders are delivered within 2-3 days AFTER processing time. Please keep in mind, processing time isn't the same as delivery time. Please see our shipping policy for more information.
